Business Development Manager (Food) 

You will be responsible for cultivating and managing new business opportunities:

  • Develop sources within currently registered companies
  • Develop sources within companies that are considering becoming registered
  • Develop sources to expand long-term business relationships

EAGLE is seeking a Business Development Manager with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 knowledge. In addition, AS 9100 and/or IATF 16949 experience is preferred to support the following industries:

  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Chemicals & Non-Metallic Mineral Products
  • Concrete & Construction
  • Engineering Services & Electrical Equipment
  • Machinery & Manufacturing
  • Rubber, Plastics & Textiles
  • Transport Equipment & Motor Vehicle Repair
And / Or

EAGLE is seeking a Business Development Manager with GlobalGAP, PrimusGFS, SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 knowledge to support the following food industries:

  • Agriculture
  • Food Processing
  • Food Distribution
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Farm new clients and develop long-lasting, value-added relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with Quality Management and Registration decision-makers via social media, trade show attendance, and professional presentations
  • Promote EAGLE Training Awareness Programs and Sessions designed to provide potential clients with information/education regarding registration requirements and systems best practices
  • Manage assigned EAGLE influencers
  • Attend conferences, seminars, webinars, trade shows, and industry networking events to farm and develop business opportunities and build industry awareness of EAGLE
  • Create, develop, and propose consistent and accurate customer quotations
  • Serve as secondary contact for customers, assist customers and prospects with challenges related to registrations
  • Provide occasional support for EAGLE’s Operations teams to understand business development processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Accounting – Understand and develop pricing strategies to prepare accurate quotes
Analytical – Awareness of challenges/barriers to success and ability to propose potential solutions
Communications – Strong listening and comprehension skills, and effective written and oral skills
Mathematics – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Physical – Mental and physical stamina to maintain energy during occasionally extended workday
Project Management – Organized and detail-oriented to facilitate multiple projects
Specific Qualifications – Comprehend fundamentals of Registration to enable sales and quoting for EAGLE services
