This 2-hour, mid-day session will provide an overview of the key changes in the newly released SQF Code. It is intended for those who already have an understanding of Edition 9.0 and wish to prepare for Edition 10 implementation.

INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Kelly Vest is a HACCP/SQF Consultant and Lead Instructor at HACCP Consulting Group, LLC. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University and his Masters of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. Later, Dr, Vest completed his Doctor of Public Health degree in epidemiology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). With more than 30 years of experience, his expertise includes veterinary and infectious disease epidemiology, surveillance, food safety, food defense, One Health, and military-relevant research. Additional instructors may assist.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no cancellation fee. Refunds will be provided only if cancellation is 3 or more days prior to the event. If the class is cancelled, all funds will be returned to participant. If participant wishes to transfer to another course, it must be within 6 months.
