Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action – Live Virtual Training 1
Through this 2-hour short course you will gain an understanding of principles and methods used in implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Participants will understand the difference between, an application of, corrections, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and preventive actions. During the course we will walk through some practical exercises in root cause analysis and the different tools used to determine and eliminate root cause. Be equipped to effectively implement corrective and preventive actions in your operations.

Training is provided by Food Safety and Quality Consultants, LLC (FSQC). An FSQC representative will email course login details about a week prior to course start date.
Instructor
FSQC Training Center’s Lead Instructor, Arlen Keller, has over 40 years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience. His experience includes everything from being an hourly worker on the plant floor, to production management, to laboratory analyst, to corporate regulatory, food safety, and quality systems management. Arlen uses his real world and hands-on experience to provide relevant content and instruction. Arlen is a Registered SQF Auditor, Registered SQF Consultant, Registered BRC Auditor, Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager, HACCP Lead Instructor, Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food, Lifetime Certified Packaging Professional, trained Gluten-Free Certification Program Auditor, and trained ISO 9001 Auditor. Arlen holds a Business Management Undergraduate Certificate from Pennsylvania State University.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel greater than 15 days in advance of the first day of class, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to the first day of class, the total amount is non-refundable. If minimum class size is not met for this event, it may be cancelled and notification will be provided at least 14 days prior to the event. Participants will be notified and provided a 100% refund if EAGLE should cancel the class.
