EAGLE is seeking an entry-level candidate for supporting our Business Development Team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills with an emphasis on relationship building and be a proactive problem solver. Experience working with customers in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment is a plus. Must be well organized. This is a full-time, office-based position.
Essential Functions include:
- Enter and manage sources of sales opportunities in database
- Contact opportunities to start process, supporting BD Managers as needed
- Route opportunities to BD Managers for further development
- Promote company services and represent company in a professional way
- Understand customer requirements and establish good customer relationships
- Support the consultant and training provider relationship process
- Update website and social media content as needed
- Support (back-up) to Business Process Coordinator
- Support sponsored training events (website updates, attendee registrations, receipts)
- Support duties for marketing activities (collateral, advertising, maintaining databases)
Essential Skills Include:
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and active listening)
- Technology proficiency with use of computers, video conferencing (zoom) and other software platforms (social media)
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
